2nd. If you will be attending the fitness
challenge I need to know!!! We need a
"head timer" and some other random
timers to help out... also some people
to help pass out water..so I NEED TO
KNOW if you can help :)
3rd. IF YOU ARE RUNNING (I NEED
TO KNOW!!!)--- I guess there is some
confusion on running the race.
Here's the deal :) This is a
FITNESS CHALLENGE that involves
2 parts--the strength part (the
exercises) then endurance (the run).
Your score is [your 5k time divided
by your total repetitions]. This
means that just because you
won the 5k does not mean
you won .... Anyways, you are '
welcome to just run the 5k--and
look really cool b/c you'll be
starting off refreshed rather
than beat from a million
situps--or you can do the
whole thing with the 7 of us :
) Either way we're happy!!! We
just want people to join in
and we WANT AS MANY AS
ARE WILLING!! And, if you
can't run and want to walk,
that's fine too!! JUST COME!!!!!!
